- Unzip the Folder
- Open required file in After Effects
- Double-click on text to Edit it
- Iron Man Hologram Effect
- New Composition > Insert File > Add to Timeline
- Trim the Unwanted video
- Place Video as you want
- Pen Tool
- Mask the Face out
- Masks > Mask 1 (Track mask)
- Face Tracking (Outline only)
- Track Selected mask
- Import Effect Video
- Change blend mode to Add
- Select Pre compose
- Select Track Camera
- 3d Camera Tracker (Red circle will appear)
- Left Click on Circle > Right Click > Create solid camera
- Select Pre compose > Select leave all > Ok
- Copy composition to
- Create 3d Effect
- Clone Effect of Human
- Import video > Set composition
- Right-click > Trim comp to work area
- Select Pan behind tool > Choose the part which you will use as background
- Edit > Duplicate
- Right-click > Time > Freeze Frame
- Place it below > Rename it to "Background"
- Repeat step 2 and select the "Body" for the 2nd last layer
- Select Pen tool (G) > Click on Solo mode on this layer
- Cut the Human figure
- Click "F" and set Feather to 5
- Deselect Solo mode
- Right-click > Effect > Blur & Sharpen > Fast Box Blur
- Iteration = 15
- Blur Dimensions = Horizontal
- Hide Layer 1
- alt + Left-click on Blur radius stopwatch
- Type expression "wiggle(12,25)"
- Set blur to "3"
- Un-click Hide Layer for 1
- Use Pan Behind tool > Select the part from where you start to end
- Duplicate and Freeze and Rename
- Drag it at last layer and Hide it
- Select 1st Layer
- Effects > Keying > Difference Matte
- Enable Solo mode
- Difference Layer = 1st Layer, Matching Tolerance = 4 (Background should not be seen)
- Effect > Matte > Matte Choker
- Use Illustrator File
- Import File
- Import As = Composition * Retain Layers Sizes
